I believe that access to care is essential, and I strive to be transparent and flexible wherever possible.
At this time, I am in-network with the following providers:
Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
Blue Choice
United Healthcare
If you have a different insurance provider, I’m happy to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
If you have any questions about coverage, billing, or payment options, feel free to contact me. I’m here to support you through the process.

I also offer out-of-pocket rates for those paying directly. I’m committed to working collaboratively and respectfully around financial accessibility and can offer limited sliding-scale options based on need and availability.
For those paying the full out-of-pocket rate, your contribution helps make sliding scale options possible for others. If you're able to pay the full fee, you’re helping support equitable access to care in our community.
Session Rates:
10-minute Consultation: $0
55-minute Intake Assessment: $230
55-minute Follow-Up Appointment: $200-$225

To make therapy more accessible, I offer a reduced fee for those who need financial assistance. These sliding scale spots are limited and intended to support individuals for whom the standard rate is a barrier to care.
I prioritize access for those most impacted by systemic oppression and financial hardship. For folks who prefer not to use insurance, I also accept out-of-pocket payments and am happy to explore flexible options that support your ability to engage in consistent care.
If you’re interested in a sliding scale arrangement, please reach out. We can explore availability and what feels sustainable for you.

I view therapy as a shared commitment — not only between therapist and client, but within a broader framework of community care. Your session time is held just for you, and when canceled with enough notice, that space can be offered to someone else who may be in need of support.
To honor this collective ethic of care and access, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, as this time cannot typically be filled on short notice.
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency or urgent situation arises, please reach out — I’m always open to conversation and will do my best to respond with compassion and flexibility.
Thank you for helping hold a space that is respectful, accessible, and rooted in mutual care.

All therapy services are currently offered virtually, allowing for flexibility and accessibility regardless of where you are in Illinois. Through secure online platforms, I connect with individuals in the comfort of their own space, ensuring that therapy fits into your life with ease.
When weather permits, I also offer outdoor therapy for those who feel that being in nature enhances their healing process. Outdoor therapy provides a grounding, embodied experience that blends the natural world with the therapeutic process.
If you're interested in outdoor therapy or have questions about how virtual sessions work, feel free to reach out — I’m here to make your experience as supportive and effective as possible.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, I am committed to providing clear and upfront information about the cost of services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before beginning therapy, including the projected fees for your care.
We will review this estimate together during our initial consultation, and you’re always welcome to ask questions or request clarification at any time.
If the actual cost of care differs significantly from the estimate, I will work with you to ensure transparency and support around billing.
